Lynne Key is the President and Principle Instructional Designer for DiamondWaves. With an M.A. in Adult Learning/Instructional Design, Lynne is a learning and design consultant with more than 15 years of experience in project management, designing, developing, and implementing proactive and reactive learning initiatives to bring about and support key organizational values and objectives.

Lynne’s breadth of experience encompasses project management, adult/skill-based training, program and curriculum development, adult learning theory, facilitation, and conducting assessments to determine appropriate training content and reinforcement.

Known for clear, concise writing and instructional designs that are both innovative and successful, Lynne has designed and developed traditional and nontraditional learning experiences for dozens of organizations, including: Nike, Randstad, AchieveGlobal, Kaset International, Progressive Insurance, LimitedBrands, The 2002 Olympic Committee, American Dental Association, Bath & Body Works, Deloitte & Touche, Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Cigna, Exel, Victoria’s Secret, Pella Windows, Ryder, MGM Grand Hotels, Motorola, and British Telecom.
